Overview
The day's result on one screen: produced, consumed, units added and shipped, open tasks and stock balances with the last movement date.
The starting point
The plant tracked raw materials, production and warehouse flows manually — data lived in paper notes and Excel files. Volumes recorded in production did not match warehouse balances, there was no real-time visibility of finished goods stock or shipping readiness, and only a few people really knew the process. That slowed down planning and customer order fulfilment.
What we built
We built a custom manufacturing and warehouse management system covering the full cycle — from raw material receiving with truck weighing to pallet codes, loading and reporting.
The day's result on one screen: produced, consumed, units added and shipped, open tasks and stock balances with the last movement date.
Three scenarios: raw materials with a moisture flag and truck weighing, bulk pellets, and finished pallets with a configuration. Net weight is calculated automatically and the difference against the waybill is recorded.
Full history with filters by period, type and supplier, a period summary, weight difference in kilograms, operator and attached photos. Everything exports to CSV.
Work shifts tied to an operator: a production shift records raw material consumption and output, a packing shift builds pallets and assigns them PLT codes.
Every pallet with its own code, configuration, weight, remaining bags, status and location. The label prints instantly and the audit timeline shows every action with time and employee.
Tasks move through new / in progress / completed / cancelled. For quick loading it is enough to scan the pallet code — the system totals the load and, if needed, creates a customer from the vehicle number.
Any data set with filters and preview: receivings, production shifts, pallets, stock, shipments, customers, movements. Ready for accounting and management reporting.
From raw material receiving to finished goods dispatch in one system, no Excel.
Zebra industrial printers print PLT labels from the system — less manual work and fewer errors.
Managers and operators see stock and shipping readiness without a separate report.
Clients, orders and shipping live in one system; data can be exported to Excel.
